General Terms and Conditions for YANUS.AI

Scope

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between the
architectural visualization agency YANUS.AI and its customers. Any
deviations from these terms require written confirmation from the agency.

Subject of the Contract

YANUS.AI offers architectural visualization services, provided through a subscription
model. Customers receive access to our services as per the agreed terms in
their subscription.

Subscription and Payment

Fixed Monthly Price:
The customer agrees to pay a fixed monthly fee for the subscription. This fee
is billed monthly and debited via the Stripe payment service. The specific
costs and payment terms are outlined in the price list effective at the time
the contract is concluded.

Term and Cancellation

The subscription has a minimum term of one month. It automatically renews for an
additional month unless canceled before the end of the current term.

Obligation to Pay

The amount listed on the Stripe payment platform must be paid in advance and will be
automatically debited at the beginning of each billing period.

Sales Tax

The invoiced amount is subject to the applicable statutory sales tax.

Default

In the event of payment default, YANUS.AI may charge default interest at a rate of 8
percentage points above the base interest rate, plus any applicable reminder
fees. The client is responsible for all reminder costs and any out-of-court
legal intervention costs.

Refunds and Corrections

Refunds for payments made are excluded, even in cases where the client is dissatisfied with the results.

Copyrights

YANUS.AI retains all copyrights and ancillary copyrights to the works created, in
accordance with § 2 UrhG.

Rights of Use

The client is granted the necessary rights of use for the agreed purpose. Transferring
these rights to third parties requires a written agreement with YANUS.AI.
Rights of use are transferred to the client upon delivery of the work and full
payment.

Publication

If images produced by YANUS.AI are published in newspapers, journals, magazines,
brochures, or other printed materials, YANUS.AI must be credited as the author.
YANUS.AI reserves the right to use all works for its own advertising purposes
on its website and social media channels.

Data Protection

YANUS.AI is committed to complying with applicable data protection laws. More details on
how personal data is processed can be found in our privacy policy.

Final Provisions

Changes to the Terms and Conditions:
YANUS.AI reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Customers will be informed of any changes in a timely manner. The updated terms
and conditions apply from the time of their publication on the agency’s
website.

Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:
All disputes arising from or in connection with this contract are governed
exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of
jurisdiction for all disputes is YANUS.AI’s headquarters.

Severability Clause:
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the
validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

These Terms and Conditions come into effect on March 15, 2024, and apply to all future
subscription contracts between YANUS.AI and its customers.
